At Home with Plant People

Introducing: Drops+ Relief

The power of botanicals and secondary cannabinoids, CBC + CBG + CBD for pain.

At Plant People our product development philosophy is put whole-plant healing first and celebrate all plants to support better living.

One of the primary reasons people seek us out us to use CBD oil for pain. Knowing that, we went on a mission to apply our philosophy and create a targeted CBD recovery formula specifically for pain and inflammation.

Enter - Drops+Relief. This customized oil highlights full spectrum hemp extract sourced from unique plant genetics that are exceptionally high in CBC, CBG, CBD for pain.

We also sought to amplify the anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties of Cannabis with turmeric, black pepper, ginger and synergistic terpenes widely known to reduce inflammation, aches and discomfort.

First, let's breakdown CBC and CBG and why they matter.

Overall the research around secondary phytocannbinoids is in its early days. That said, the early results around these secondary cannabinoids is quite promising and encourage the deepening of its effects on human health.

CBC (Cannabichromene)

Is a rare, non-intoxicating cannabinoid. Typically CBC makes up less than 1% of hemp. However, our genetics have 3% CBC. CBC looks to inhibit the reuptake of neurotransmitter Anandamide, which means it stays in the body longer. Anandamide plays a role in our mental well being as well as pain, movement control and appetite.

CBG (Cannabigerol)

CBG, is also non-intoxicating and acts as a chemical precursor to other cannabinoids such as THC and CBD. CBG displays a multitude of potential health benefits including working as a neuroprotectant, having anti-oxidizing properties, aiding with skin ailments as an antibacterial and antifungal agent, stimulating appetite and treating of gastrointestinal disorders and reducing inflammation.

It also shows promise in fighting cancer and lowering intraocular pressure, which may benefit glaucoma patients.

And how about those terpenes and botanicals?

Multi-Terpene Complex - acts as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory for reducing discomfort and promoting recovery. (Limonene, Myrcene, Alpha-pinene, Beta Caryphyllene, Linalool)

Turmeric, Black Pepper & Ginger - create a synergistic combination for maximum anti-inflammation effect of brain and body with boosted bio-availability.
