How did Plant People become a B Corp?	We were assessed and audited to ensure our business practices met the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency.
Weren’t you always a B Corp?	They say character is what you do when no one’s looking: we’ve always acted like a B Corp by prioritizing environmentally and socially responsible practices, even when we didn’t have the official seal to prove it.

A few ways that we've brought these concepts to life:

Tree Planting with American Forests: We plant a tree for every purchase with American Forests. Having planted over 150,000 trees to date, we commit to restoring our natural environments.
Climate Neutral: We are 100% carbon neutral across our supply chain by measuring and offsetting our goods, production and distribution for a greener world.
Regenerative and Responsible sourcing: We invest in the health of our soil, the people that tend to it and communities that surround it, resulting in superior quality products that are transparent and ethical.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: Our packaging Forest Stewardship Certified paper material, 75% recycled glass and minimal plastic. Any packaging carrying the Forest Stewardship Certified Seal represents zero deforestation, environmental protection, Indigenous People's rights protection and fair wage and work environments.
